Chardonnay – Dorniger Hauhechel (thorny toe)

Description

The “Dorniger Hauhechel” (thorny toe) binds the nitrogen in the soil, so our Chardonnay can flourish well in our vineyards. Classically developed, our Chardonnay smells slightly of fresh yeast and herbs. As a strong, pale yellow white wine with 14% Vol. it fits very well with seafood, white meat and fish.
